"Mother of all Tag Abzeichen" (Day Badges) (Item AH 8-1) |

| DESCRIPTION: This, without a doubt, may have been the largest and heaviest war souvenir ever sent home and it didn't arrive stateside in a duffel bag. No. It was sent home specially packaged to the home of a general, who had enough power and pull to bring it off. The general wished to remain anonymous not wanting to be directly connected to all those
dogface looters. The connection was made through our web site and we had to drive almost 700 miles to pick it up after the negotiation was made. Well, so much for that! The plaque is a fantastic historic treasure and we would have driven to China to procure it. This is a HUGE art piece and takes two to effectively lift it. Note the soup can in one of the pictures placed for size perspective. From the top of swastika to the bottom the measurement is 40 ½ inches. From the eagle's head to the bottom of the wreath that he clutches is 8 ½ inches. The large central wreath containing the Führerbüste is 30 inches in diameter. The words within the wreath are Den Helden der Luft, des Heers, und der Marine. Under this Dem Deutschen Volk, and below is a shield that has the dates 1939 over 1940. The arms of the swastika are 24 x 8 inches wide. As to this marvelous art object one must contemplate the actual fact that this piece was an important pivotal art object of the Third Reich saga on a par with the huge eagles that abounded in this the Ewig Drittes Reich. Not many looted the huge eagles except the possible exception of one at the Wright Patterson Air Force Museum and that was sent by a general, as well. This is a chance for some collector to obtain one of the really HUGE relics of NSDAP Germany. The translation of the legend around the Führer's bust is "The Heroes of the Air Force, the Army, the Navy, and the German People." This had to have been a central theme hanging from a very important building, possibly the Ministry of War. The general would not say; however, it is obvious that it was and is important. The center wreath and bust are sculpted in pure bronze, while the swastika is of steel. We have found no marks at all. The condition is as you see it. Absolutely beautiful if one would say he has almost the ultimate N.S. or Wehrmacht collection. Here is your chance to maximize it!

Handmade Patriotic NSDAP Pillowcase (Item AH 8-3) |

| DESCRIPTION: This could be considered Kitsch in its classic form, but is neat Kitsch! It is obviously the work of a very patriotic woman or possible even one of the BDM girls as a craft project. It is valuable for its historic presentation. It definitely is a labor of love. It depicts a caricature of the German Führer. Although it is amateurish it shows some skill none the less because it definitely does portray him accurately to the extent of positive recognition. "It is no other." The pillowcase is embroidered on both sides. On the reverse of Adolf Hitler is the Hoheitabzeichen, the Nazi eagle, with the words Sieg Heil (hail victory). The eagle is wonderfully executed in hand stitching. The whole thing is in excellent + condition except that there is a stain at the 1 o'clock position outside the wreath (see picture). Seldom has a double-sided embroidery showed up and we feel it is a nicely crafted piece of Volkkunst (art of the people). Historically important. It measures 12 x 14 ½ inches.

Incredible NSDAP Patriot's Ring (A. Hitler) (Item AH 8-4) |

| DESCRIPTION: Here from the benches of one of the best jeweler-crafted NSDAP jewelry from the 1930's to 1940's is a great patriotic ring depicting the Führer's likeness in stunning, accurate portrayal. In the purest of silver this ring has to be one of the finest and most dynamic pieces of Third Reich jewelry ever found. The ring is large and heavy. The wreathed swastikas at the side of the ring's shank are nicely enameled. The inside has the obligatory silver stamp: in this case "835" instead of the usual "800." The only Hitler-bust ring that we know of before this discovery was the one in my collection shown to the right of the pictures for comparison and historic research. Hitler rings are very rare and they seem to have a similar theme or design mode; however, of all we have seen, the one we offer here is undoubtedly the finest, yet. It may have been an award ring for diligent public service or it may have been a commercially sold patriot piece. In 1936, most of the jewelry companies were finally stopped from making Kitch by the party because they thought some of these items had the effect of denigrating the integrity of the party principles. However, it would seem that this particular example would certainly not bring about such a result because of its fine workmanship and its obvious beauty. Hermann Göring would have definitely been a buyer.

Bust of Adolf Hitler (Item AH 8-5) |

| DESCRIPTION: This is the ultimate bust of the Führer. This is the one the German leader favored over all the others. The very famous sculptor Ferdinand Liebermann captures all the magic aura in this monumental depiction. Liebermann was born in 1883 in the Coburg region. In 1900, he moved to Munich where he acquired his artistic training at the School of Arts and Crafts, then, at the academy. After study trips to Rome and Paris, he opened a studio in the Theregienstrasse and starts to make himself famous with his porcelain figures. In 1910, he models a bronze miniature which was awarded the great Austrian Gold State Medal. He had several exhibitions. After 1933, he did several busts of Hitler, one of which was a commission from the city of Munich for the city hall. This is the model produced in several editions and is the one shown here. In appreciation he was made city councilor of the Capital of the Movement (Haupstadt der Bewegung). Other works: Ehrebung, Sphara, Abwehr, bust of Arthur Axmann, bust of Alfred Rosenberg, Tanzerin, zum Licht, Sonnenwende, Bildnis Eines Jungen Madchen, Im Licht, Erwachen. From 1941, he worked on a project for a monument to the glory of the Freikorps to be erected in Munich. The great artist died in Munich in 1941. The immortal Liebermann bust presented here is 1 ½ life size measuring from top of head to the plinth attachment 16 ½ inches and about 13 inches from the back of the head to the top of the nose. The patina is greenish bronze similar to the Greek and Roman mode of classic depictions. The signature of Ferdinand Liebermann is quite clear at the back of the neck area. The company that cast the sculpture (Brandstetter in Munich) is also clearly shown stamped on the plinth attachment. There is no base. This base was cracked in a fall and not reparable. A suitable base in marble or granite can be easily obtained from a monument company found in every major city or even small towns. This bust of Hitler is the very best one could find by the top-rated artist who accomplished this artistic form for the NSDAP. Very important Third Reich art piece.
